This cancellation policy serves as a guide to event registration cancellations including but not limited to paid events (online and in person). The below will be implemented to the extent allowed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa

Attendee registration cancellation

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must in writing. For any cancellations 90 days prior to arrival, you will be entitled to your full refund, less any finance (bank or related charges) or system costs already incurred on your behalf. For any cancellations up 60 days prior to arrival, you will be entitled to a 50% refund. For any cancellations 14 days prior to arrival, you will be entitled to your 0% refund. Vetlink reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice depending on vendor regulations or any other unavoidable reasons.

Refund for valid cancellations

Refunds will be processed from 7 days after the event, earlier refunds will be determined by complete records and claims received in a timeous manner, and depending on availability of funds in cases where vetlink is acting as a service provider for a third party/client.

Liability

Vetlink and all organisations and individuals who are employed by or associated with it, in connection with this your registration, will not assume responsibility and shall be held harmless by all registrants for damage or loss resulting from fire, theft, or any other cause whatsoever, including accident or injury to persons, or accompanying parties. It is the responsibility of the registrant including international travellers into the Country to take all precautionary measures including but not limited to travel insurance in and around the Republic of South Africa, Medical insurance, financial loss or loss of personal items during the full period of travel. Vetlink will also not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage caused by the access of third party sites in virtual events, webinars or related activities.
