The RUVASA Congress is a key annual event for all livestock veterinarians.
The 2026 Ruminant Veterinary Association Congress will take place from 8–10 June 2026 at Champagne Sports Resort in the Central Drakensberg, KwaZulu-Natal. This venue provides an exceptional experience for both exhibitors and delegates, set in one of the most scenic and popular regions of the Drakensberg. Please submit your 1-page PowerPoint slide (Widescreen 16:9 format) for use as a holding slide – if no slide is received by 25th May 2026, we will use your company logo.
As part of your exhibition and sponsorship package, you get a one-page (A4 portrait) advert in the digital proceedings. Please submit it no later than 26th May 2026. If no advert is received, proceeding will be published without the advert
If your sponsorship includes inserts for the conference bags, please ensure they are delivered to Vetlink’s office at 62 Herbert Baker Street, Groenkloof, by no later than 20th May 2026
